About the Opportunity
The Analyst Programmer will undertake a broad range of systems analysis, development, testing and integration activities, required to develop new and enhance existing, business applications as part of the annual ICT Work Program.
In addition to project work, the Analyst Programmer will contribute to application support in a backup capacity to the Operational and Support team by:
- Contributing to the delivery of high quality system and application design, development, implementation and support.
- Developing an in depth understanding of Public Trustee systems, platforms and applications.
- Developing a specialised knowledge of Public Trustee business applications to enable the provision of ongoing enhancements.
- Building effective relationship with business users and stakeholders to develop a sound understanding of Public Trustee business functions and operations.
The Public Trustee Information Technology branch is looking for someone that:
- Experience in programming, systems analysis, design and integration in all or most of the following: SharePoint 2016, .Net(C#), ASP.Net, SRS, client-side web technologies, web services, SQL Server database
- Experience in preparing Technical and User Documentation
- Experience in planning, preparing and conducting unit and functional/system testing
- Ensures a high level of communication at all times and has excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strives for the delivery of quality results
- Is innovative and has the ability to think outside the box and bring new ideas to life
- Has a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a can-do attitude
