About the Opportunity

The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions provides the people of South Australia with an independent and effective criminal prosecution service which is timely, efficient and just that assists in meeting the overall AGD objectives.

The Law Clerk (Counsel Section) is responsible for providing administrative support to legal staff within the section and the Office by undertaking information management, drafting legal documents and liaising with key stakeholders i.e. Courts, SAPOL.

Special Conditions for Employment

Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the AGD finds satisfactory. Successful applicants will be will provided further information if an interview is requested.
