About the Opportunity
The South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal is a quasi-judicial tribunal that considers applications and disputes about civil and administrative matters.
The primary purpose of the Team Leader role is to provide leadership, supervision and coordination of the day-to-day operations within the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (SACAT). The Team Leader’s focus is to ensure that SACAT’s objectives of accessibility, assistance, responsiveness, efficiency, flexibility and fairness are demonstrated in the services provided by the Senior Community Access Officer and Community Access Officers.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Set and communicate clear expectations around quality of work and timeframes
- Promote and ensures a strong focus on internal and external customer service and in particular the “can we help you” culture of SACAT
- Adapt effectively to change
Desirable Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in law or related discipline is desirable but not essential.
