About the Opportunity

The Personal Estates Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Manager, Personal Estates and Team Leaders, to support them to deliver effective services to our customers.

The Personal Estates Operations Coordinator will oversee the workforce management plan, which includes recruitment, deployment, on boarding, rostering, training, salary budgeting and leave management that will maintain an optimal workforce that is well equipped and available to support the needs of our customers and colleagues.

The Personal Estates Operations Coordinator will oversee and lead the Personal Estates complaint handling process, oversee the Q-Master telephony system, planning and co-ordinating interventions to manage key work activities and reviewing policy and procedures within the branch.
